STAYC marked their return as summer queens by personally highlighting all the killer points of their special single “I WANT IT.”

On July 23, STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon, and J) held a special comeback live broadcast on their official YouTube channel to celebrate the release of their new single “I WANT IT,” connecting with fans around the world in real time.

During the live show, the members openly shared their passion and confidence in the new album. Describing the title track “I WANT IT,” they explained, “It’s a song about staying true to yourself, even in the chaos of everyday life,” adding that its addictive hook and effortlessly cool vibe make it a perfect fit for summer. They also demonstrated the song’s point choreography, revealing, “The dance doesn’t have an official name yet, so we’re taking suggestions from SWITH (our official fandom),” engaging fans with their signature charm.

The group also introduced the other tracks on the single. Speaking about “Honestly,” a track she helped write, Sieun said, “I wanted to express the feeling of always being pushed aside in love, but in a witty way. It’s a track that blends a groovy bass with a retro mood and STAYC’s unique, urban sentiment.”

During the album unboxing segment, STAYC showcased the three physical versions — SUN, BURN, and MINI PACK — all brimming with their distinct summer vibes. The limited edition “Hidden Mini Cards,” included only in 100 MINI PACKs, even had the members saying, “I want one too!” sparking laughter and excitement among fans. When asked which member best fits the summer concept, the girls playfully nominated each other, showing off both their cool charisma and tight-knit teamwork.

The group also took part in a fun “Menu Spoiler Quiz” segment, where they lived up to their nickname “SpoilC” by giving out sneak peeks of the album’s concept through consonant quizzes and behind-the-scenes trivia.

Later in the live broadcast, the “Recipe Pick” segment kept the interaction going with fans. From choosing the perfect B-side to listen to while walking by the Han River, to picking a favorite lyric from “I WANT IT” to set as a phone wallpaper, the members shared their personal picks and offered tailored summer vibes to their fans.
